Bairstow handed England debut

Jonny Bairstow
Jonny Bairstow will make his Test debut against West Indies at Lord's today.
In a team also containing Bairstow's fellow Yorkshireman Tim Bresnan as England's third seamer, the 22-year-old batsman is set to be deployed at number six.
Bairstow is emulating his late father David as an England Test cricketer.
He was presented with his first cap by family friend and former England great Geoff Boycott, but will have to wait for his chance to impress with the bat after England won the toss and chose to bowl first on a cloudy morning.
For the West Indies, Ravi Rampaul was ruled out with a stiff neck - and Shannon Gabriel therefore came in for a debut, completing a four-strong seam attack.
There was no place for off-spinner Shane Shillingford.
