I qualified in body massage with the VCTC in 1997, I practiced mobile until 2000 when I was involved in a car accident & broke my back. After an operation & a number of years rehabilitation & getting myself fit again, I returned to massage, taking a course in Integrated Myofascial Release Level 1 with Ruth Duncan in 2007, as the techniques taught were easier on the therapist's body, it also made a lot of sense looking at the whole body & the techniques had some amazing results. I carried on training with Ruth working up to Advanced level in January 2010, I continue to take top up workshops, learning the latest techniques Ruth has to show us. www.myofascialrelease.co.uk
