Park View Guest House offers comfortable friendly accommodation within a few minutes walking distance of York's historic city centre. In addition, we are conveniently located just 5 minutes away from many of York's famous tourist attractions. Park View Guest House itself overlooks Haxby Park and Bowls Field, with private off street car parking for up to six vehicles available for guests use.

Park View was fully refurbished in December 2006 to provide comfortable en-suite accommodation, with new furnishings and decoration throughout. As part of the refurbishment a ground floor bedroom has been provided with wide, level wheel chair access, ideal for the elderly or disabled.

Park View offers a selection of high quality rooms from just £30 per adult per night (children £20) including breakfast. All our rooms are non-smoking and front door keys are provided to allow 24 hour access.
