York Racecourse is one of the finest racecourses in the world, let alone Britain, and attracts thousands of visitors each year to take advantage of top quality racing, outstanding facilities, great viewing across Knavesmire and a wonderful atmosphere that makes a day out racing a real treat.
Top class racing takes place from May to October. August's Ebor Meeting is the highlight of the year with three days of outstanding racing which never fails to attract the crowds.
