Q: I would like to sign up to Home Delivery what do I need to do?
A: Just fill in the form here and if we cover your area we will get you started on the next following Monday. If we do not cover your area we will contact you with details of other available agents. Alternatively you can call us on 01274 705248.
Q: How much will my subscription cost?
A:Click on the relevant tab and view the prices for The Press here.
Q: What are the benefits of Home Delivery?
A: When you sign up to our Home Delivery service you will receive a letter through the post, which will give you all the information you need about Home Delivery.
Q: What time can I expect my delivery
A: We aim to deliver your Press to your door before noon each day.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Your agent will call every week to collect payment. Alternatively you can pay by Credit/Debit card or by cheque. Full details are available here.
Q: What do I do if I need to stop my papers at any time?
A: Simply fill in the form here and we’ll stop the papers for you. Alternatively ring us on 0800 138 1420 with your holiday dates and Customer Account Number and we can stop your papers while you are away (Two days notice required).
Q: What should I do if I miss a delivery?
A: If for some reason your paper is not delivered please report this to us by either filling in the form here or calling us on 0800 138 1420. We will take appropriate steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
