STRIKER David Healy and former Leeds United boss Kevin Blackwell were among creditors who voted against Ken Bates' proposal to buy back the club earlier this month.
Bates' offer to pay one penny in the pound, plus £5 million should the club get back in the Premiership in the next five seasons, was carried by a small margin but Football League Approval is still needed before the club can come out of administration.
Healy has been told he will never play for Leeds again after turning down a wage referral.
