YORK City Knights have signed two young Super League players on dual-registration forms until the end of the season.
Castleford Tigers three-quarter Jordan Thompson, 18, and utility forward John Davies, 19, have both come on board at the Co-operative Championship One side.
Neither will play on Sunday when the Knights go to Gateshead in the Challenge Cup third round, as Cas do not want the pair cup-tied, but they could make their debuts next Wednesday, which has provisionally been pencilled in as the new date for the Knights' final Northern Rail Cup group game at home to London Skolars.
