Mount Hindrance: Lack of sporting facilities is a scandal

CHARD Town FC director Mike Hone said the lack of sporting facilities in the town was ‘scandalous’.

Mr Hone, speaking at Monday’s meeting, said: “The lack of sporting facilities in Chard is nothing short of scandalous and this in an age when child obesity is a major health concern for our nation.”
