Londons’ News and Toys, in Heworth wins Wembley competition

YORK City may have lost the FA Trophy final to Stevenage but newsagent Ian Simpson was a Wembley winner.
Simpson, of Londons’ News and Toys, in Heworth, won The Press’ competition to find the best York City Goes To Wembley window display after finishing top of our readers’ poll.
Simpson, who has won a holiday in the UK, said: “I’ve never won anything in my life.
“I am thrilled to have won the holiday, it is just a shame that York City couldn’t win at Wembley on Saturday.”
