YORK City supporters have chosen Mark Greaves and Simon Rusk as the players to fill the team’s two vacant places for Wembley.

Cup-tied pair Adam Smith and Christian Smith will be missing from the side that was manager Martin Foyle’s first-choice starting line-up during the run-in to the end of the Blue Square Premier season.

With that in mind, visitors to our website have been surveyed on which 11 players they feel should face Stevenage in tomorrow’s FA Trophy final.

Michael Ingham, David McGurk, Ben Purkiss and Richard Brodie were all unanimous choices with, in descending order, Daniel Parslow, Levi Mackin, Daniel McBreen, Shaun Pejic, Greaves, Adam Boyes and Rusk also receiving enough votes to make Foyle’s team.

The five subs, based on the poll and again in descending order, would be Steven Hogg, Mark Robinson, Simon Russell, Onome Sodje and Andy McWilliams.
