CONCUSSED: York City winger Josh Carson
YORK City have confirmed that Josh Carson was not involved in today's 1-0 home victory over Cheltenham due to an incident last Saturday night.
Carson was admitted to hospital on Sunday morning, as a result, with what has now been determined as severe concussion.
The 21-year-old has since been discharged from hospital but the club will not be making any further comment as the matter is now subject to a police investigation.
