YORK City will travel to Luton Town to face a home team that have won nine and drawn two of their last 11 Sky Bet League Two fixtures at Kenilworth Road.
The fourth-placed Hatters have amassed 29 points from a possible 33 on their own soil since a 1-0 reverse against Plymouth five months ago and are also undefeated in eight league contests - home and away - following Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Oxford.
John Still is bidding for back-to-back promotions following last season’s title-winning campaign and will only be without long-term absentees Paul Benson (broken leg), Luke Rooney (hernia) and Curtley Williams (shoulder) for tonight’s clash.
Left-back Scott Griffiths is expected to be available again after missing the Kassam Stadium trip due to illness, meaning Jake Howells is likely to return to a more advanced position and ex- Rotherham and Southend midfielder Ryan Hall could drop to the bench.
On-loan Tottenham teenager Nathan Oduwa is also pressing for a start having made his professional debut at the weekend.
Midfield enforcer Jonathan Smith, meanwhile, will face his old club having been a mainstay this season, making 26 appearances and scoring two goals.
Fellow former Minsterman Alex Lawless is less likely to feature.
Despite not making Saturday’s squad, he could be named as a substitute, but has only started two league games during an injury-afflicted season.
Nine-goal, leading marksman Mark Cullen is set to be on the bench too, having not made the first XI during the last five fixtures.
The 22-year-old, ex-Hull City and Stockport striker has failed to net in 11 league games since hitting a hat-trick against Dagenham back on October 21.
On-loan Bournemouth attacker Jayden Stockley has been leading the line in Cullen’s absence and got his first goal for the club at Oxford.
Luton (probable): Tyler, Harriman, McNulty, Wilkinson, Griffiths, Smith, Doyle, Drury, Whalley, Stockley, Howells
