SUSPENDED holding midfielder Alan Goodall will be Fleetwood Town’s only absentee for tomorrow night’s play-off semi-final first leg clash at York City.

The Cod Army have a fully fit squad for the Bootham Crescent tie with right-back Connor McLaughlin expected to shrug off the knock that has ruled him out of the last two matches.

Goodall will be serving the final match of a three-game ban for his red card against Wycombe on Easter Monday with Steven Schumacher expected to continue deputising in that role.

Fleetwood boss Graham Alexander is also likely to recall strikers Iain Hume and David Ball, centre-backs Nathan Pond and Mark Roberts, plus 14-goal top scorer Antoni Sarcevic after resting the quintet for last weekend’s 2-1 defeat at final-day hosts Chesterfield.

Former Minsterman Jon Parkin, Ryan Cresswell, Gareth Evans, Stewart Murdoch, Liam Hogan and Stephen Jordan, meanwhile, are poised to drop to the bench.

Hogan, however, is on standby if McLaughlin is ruled out.

The defeat against the Spireites represented Fleetwood’s first loss in eight matches and, on their travels, Alexander team’s tally of 11 Sky Bet League Two wins can only be matched by the Derbyshire-based champions this season.

Ex-City winger Matty Blair fired Fleetwood in front at the Proact Stadium - his fourth goal of the season in only 17 starts for the 2012 Conference champions, but he has kicked off the last eight games.

Parkin’s return of ten goals from 18 starts, meanwhile, will make him a threat from the bench, where former Kidderminster forward Jamille Matt is unlikely to feature after falling out of favour.

Fleetwood (probable): Maxwell, McLaughlin, Pond, Roberts, Taylor, Blair, Schumacher, Sarcevic, Morris, Hume, Ball.
