Absolutely spot on. Now that lad knows where the net is and he knows how to hit it. Someone like that would be a huge asset to this team, a physical presence in the opposition penalty area, winning balls for Walker/Blair /Chambers/Rodman to feed on.

Why are you so confident that it wont happen? The only sticking point must be how much Kidderminster are willing to accept for him. Agreed that will be a touch more than 2 months ago now that they are on such a good run, but surely a club in finance difficulties cant turned down an half decent offer from a football league club. Maybe we could offer Reed in return that would be ideal for both clubs. Possible?

It is but if he has a chance to play at that level on probably triple the wages we could pay who is he going to decide to join, us or them ?

We could do with a centre forward and a left back, Fyfield has done a good job but rate him more as a centre half. Also would like to see Blanchett maybe before we did sign a left back. Players going out will be J. Smith to Luton: uninterested and obviously wanted to stay there. Bullock: surplus to requirements and don't rate him. Also wouldn't be surprised to see Pottsy or Challinor go. Think he could get Kearns back as well, he likes signing midfielders!

Three players needed - Central defender, midfielder and a big target man up front. No way will we get Jamile Matt, he is going to be clearly out of our league. Blanchett, J.Smith, McGurk and Bullock likely to be moving on.

If its a Christmas wish list then its Jamille Matt for me - though we'd need a yuletide miracle for it to come true.

Not sure where we should be strengthening really - central defense would be the obvious one, but we have McGurk and Allan waiting in the wings, both of whom could be the solution to our current problems. Rushing into new signings has rarely worked out for us.

Not even really convinced we need a new striker, a 'target man' type wouldn't suit the way we play. A fast paced, quick footed proven center forward would be good though.

Looking forward to more wise signings in the 'window'.
Mind you can't see how we're going to improve on the powerhouse midfield of Smith, Bullock and Bopp, and who is going to force their way into our prolific front line ahead of Johnson, Dobie and Rodman?
I know it's tough Gary, but I'm sure you can find suitable candidates!!

If we could get Ashikodi and Henderson back it would keep those three on their toes.

it would be like a new signing all together if he played Reedy more in his central role. Poor lad comes on scores a goal then the next game gets subbed67 minutes into a full start despite Mills saying the previous game i left him on for 90 minutes because he is always capable of a goal.

Walker 19 crap games might get dropped Reed doesnt score after 67 minutes subed and dropped Never mind fairness this is ludicrous management!
