KNOWLES Malcolm Shirleyanne, Louise, Sarah and Charlotte wish to express their huge thanks to all family and friends for their sympathy and support in their recent sad loss. Thanks also to all who attended the funeral service and for the generous donations received for the Georgina Unit and the Palliative Care Team. Finally, special thanks to all those involved in Malcolm's care, to Liz Walker for a wonderful service and to Philip Bevan and staff at H.
