BROMLEY will arrive at York City this evening having lost seven of their last nine games.

That sequence has included successive 1-0 defeats from their three most recent outings, with losses at Dover and Lincoln sandwiching a home reverse against Chester.

The Kent club are also without an away victory for seven fixtures, dating back to a 2-1 triumph over Macclesfield on December 17.

Neil Smith’s men have not netted on their travels, meanwhile, in almost seven-and-half hours of football.

On-loan teenage striker Brandon Hanlon was the last away marksmen for the Ravens with a seventh-minute effort during a 2-1 defeat at Dagenham in February, but he returned to parent club Charlton Athletic a month ago.

Ex-Leyton Orient attacker Blair Turgott heads Bromley’s score charts having hit the target 13 times this season, but his fortunes in front of goal have deserted him in recent times, having failed to notch in eight outings.

The untimely dip in form means the Hayes Lane outfit are still not clear of relegation concerns, sitting six points above the drop zone in 16th.

Smith is also set to be without experienced, 34-year-old defender Ben Chorley for the Bootham Crescent clash.

The former Portsmouth centre-back was injured 29 minutes into Saturday’s 1-0 loss at league leaders Lincoln and his place is expected to be filled by 21-year-old defensive rookie Dan Johnson, who replaced him at Sincil Bank.

Bromley (probable): Flitney, Dunne, Holland, Johnson, Anderson, McLoughlin, Minshull, Higgs, Turgott, Porter, Sho-Silva.
