YORK City have agreed to sign Notts County goalkeeper Scott Loach on loan until the end of the season.
Manager Gary Mills swooped for the former England under-21 international amid concerns over the fitness of Kyle Letheren.
Loach, who is now 28, has also played for Watford, Ipswich Town, and Rotherham United and been on loan to a string of clubs including Bradford City, Bury, Peterborough United, and Yeovil.
In 2010, he was called up to the full England squad for a friendly against Hungary and European Championship qualifiers against Bulgaria and Switzerland.
Letheren suffered a back injury during Tuesday night's victory over Southport.
Loach could make his York debut in Saturday's game at Dagenham & Redbridge.
