YORK City will take on relegated Premier League club Newcastle United at Bootham Crescent for a pre-season friendly on Saturday, July 30.
The game will kick off at 3pm and will be the second successive summer that the Magpies have made the trip to North Yorkshire.
Last season, City enjoyed a 2-1 victory thanks to goals from Anthony Straker and Reece Thompson.
Tickets for the game will cost £12 for adults and £6 for concessions.
