YORK City's North Riding Senior Cup quarter-final match at Guisborough Town tonight has been postponed.
With the pitch deemed to be "unsafe", according to a City club statement, the game has been rearranged for Tuesday, February 9, with a 7.45pm kick off.
It means former Scotland international Derek Riordan, who is on trial with the Minstermen, will have to wait for a taste of competitive action as manager Jackie McNamara weighs up to whether to offer the former Celtic and Hibernian striker a contract.
