GOALKEEPER Bobby Olejnik has signed for York City's League Two rivals Exeter City.
The former Peterborough stopper, who made 16 appearances for the Minstermen last season after joining the club on loan, has become Grecians boss Paul Tisdale's third signing of the summer.
After a starring role for York in the season-ending 1-1 draw at Portsmouth last month, Olejnik admitted afterwards he had no idea where his future lay.
Now he has committed to playing at St James Park.
The 28-year-old arrived at Bootham Crescent in January after a previous loan spell with Scunthorpe United and, having been a former player of the year at Posh, his capture has delighted the Exeter boss.
Tisdale told the club's official website: "Bobby is a goalkeeper at the perfect age - he has good experience and a very good pedigree. He comes in to compete and to raise the level of that department within our team, and we have got very high expectations of the quality that he'll bring to the team."
He added: "Bobby ticks so many boxes - he was high on our list and we're very pleased that we've persuaded him to come to Exeter."
