Ella Fisher
YORK City Baths Club ace Ella Fisher struck gold in the 200 metres butterfly at the Kingston-upon-Hull ‘A’/’B’ Grade Gala.
The 11-year-old also gained her first North East Regional qualifying time for that swim, while she also won silver in the 100m butterfly, one of six personal bests.
Eleanor Griffin, 17, recorded PBs in each of her three events, gaining her first ever NER qualifying times in the 100m and 200m breaststroke.
Her 200m swim earned a silver medal, while she won bronze in the 50m freestyle.
York City Baths Club members had 232 swims, recording 150 PBs.
