PUPILS from Terrington Hall School are celebrating a double.
The under-11 boys won Westville House’s rugby union sevens tournament and the U13 girls won Durham School’s hockey competition.
Having lost to Highfield Prep, Hall U11s reached the final against the same school after beating Belmont Grosvenor, Brackenfield, and Richmond House. George Welch scored in the final as they won 7-0.
The U13 hockey aces topped their group with wins over Red House, Cundall and Durham ‘B’, going through to the final with St Martin’s Ampleforth after a last four win over Durham ‘A’. The final ended 0-0 and Hall won on penalties.
