CHAMPIONS Dringhouses and Haxby Town are joint top of the York FA Under-19s Football League after maintaining their 100 per cent records.

Fulford hosted Dringhouses and looked on course for a shock win when they led 1-0 at half-time through Bailey Simpson.

However, Dringhouses rallied and won with goals from Liam Robertson and Sam Ripley-Kitson.

Haxby beat visitors Acomb 8-1 thanks to four goals from Myles Frodsham and two from Dan Clipston, plus strikes by Tomas Davis and Harry Moorcroft.

Rawcliffe and visitors York Cubs drew 5-5, with Pa Kanyi scoring a hat-trick on his first appearance for the hosts.

Reuben Young and Dylan Howlett also netted for Rawcliffe, while Michael Pearson (2), Ed Chapman (2) and Harry Buckley netted for the Cubs.

Wilberfoss picked up their first points of the season with a 4-1 win at Stillington.

Thorpe United drew 2-2 with Wigginton Grasshoppers, whose two goals came from Sam Jeffery.

Tockwith beat York RI 5-3 with goals by Jack Swindlehurst (2), Harry Stobbert (2) and Will Deakin.
