ALL-CONQUERING Huntington Community Primary School’s boys football team are celebrating an unbeaten campaign.
The pupils were crowned York & District champions after a decisive closing clash with Knavesmire, who needed a win or draw to claim the title.
The sides were locked at 0-0 at half-time but Knavesmire scored at the start of the second half.
Huntington, who won all their games barring one draw, hit back to level and then scored again to clinch the championship.
The boys’ triumph was mirrored by the school’s girls, who shared their championship crown with Knavesmire.
