CHAMPIONS Dringhouses maintained their unbeaten record with a 2-1 victory over third-placed Haxby Town in the York FA Under- 19s Football League.
Houses, who have won 20 and drawn one of their 21 fixtures, edged it with goals from Tom Hawksby and James Hudson, while Jacob McMannaman replied for Haxby.
Dringhouses host Harrogate Town tomorrow aiming to complete the season without tasting defeat.
Fourth-placed Wigginton Grasshoppers were 5-1 victors at Tockwith courtesy of two goals from Dan Wilson and efforts from Brad Winters, Matty Atkinson and Callum Hurst.
Jamie Storey got the consolation for Tockwith.
York RI beat visitors Acomb Athletic 3-2.
Eddie Newsham, Olly Steve James and Tom Brooks were the New Lane club’s marksmen.
Rawcliffe rounded off their fixtures with a 9-0 victory at basement side Strensall, while fifth-placed Thorpe United won 2-0 at Copmanthorpe.
Tockwith host Acomb Athletic in tomorrow’s only other fixture.
