WHELDRAKE beat Ovington in the York & District Junior Cricket Association Quality Solicitors Burn & Company Under-11s (Incrediball) League.
The zone ‘A’ game was an even contest, but Wheldrake’s Stephen Murtagh (8no and 0-2) and Ryan Mettigan (0-9) shone.
Ovington bowlers T Kirkland (2-2) and Josh Hall (2-3) made life difficult for the Wheldrake batsmen.
