Batting first, York scored 157-8 with Cameron Burdass hitting 50 not out and Will Andrews making 33. Magnets’ Burton took 4-21 but his side were bowled out for 68.

Sheriff Hutton Bridge are second in the table after a big win over Heworth ‘B’.

Charlie Rae hit 51 not out, Joe Simpson 26, Marcus Thompson 25 not out and Cameron Herd 25.

Danny Cass (3-0) and Charlie Hudson (3-7) then ensured Heworth fell well short.

York ‘A’ got the better of Sheriff Hutton Bridge ‘A’ at Clifton Park.

York batted first and scored 110-5, with Burdass collecting another unbeaten 50.

Although Daniel Cass also hit 50 not out, Jack Williams claimed 3-14 as Bridge fell just short on 92-9.

Tadcaster Magnets bounced back from their York defeat to beat Stamford Bridge.

Their total of 120-7 - thanks to S Ward’s 29 and C Marr’s 37 not out - proved too much for Bridge, who finished on 80-6 despite 32 from Lewis Wardby.

W Osbourne top-scored with 47 in an Ovington total of 104-6 at Selby.

C Blockley then took 3-12 to skittle the hosts for 46.

Acomb struggled against some good Osbaldwick bowling and had Matteo Linarello’s 29 to thank for a closing score of 71 all out.

Harry Watkinson (4-10) and Chris Wood (3-11) then took control as Osbaldwick were left eight runs short.

A total of 53-7 appeared to be a below-par score as Bolton Percy struggled against the bowling of Heworth ‘B’s Tommy Pearson (3-8).

However, O Pettit (3-0) and M Quarmby (3-8) bowled Heworth out for only 42.

Only three wickets fell in a highscoring zone ‘B’ game as Londesborough Park claimed the points against Dunnington.

Jay Snowden hit 53 not out and Hayden Bradley 35 not out in a Dunnington total of 109-2. In reply, Harry Gamble’s 50 not out and Jake Hemsworth’s 32 not out led Park to 112-1.

Harry Sheppeard hit 47 as Heworth ‘A’s total of 112-5 proved too much for Gilberdyke, who struggled to 66-9.

Clifton Alliance totalled 83-9, thanks to Josh Clark’s 50 not out and Jamie Butt’s 25, proved too much for York ‘B’. Ben Wilkinson took 3-2.

Dunnington came out on top against Gilberdyke after making 100-2, with Hayden Bradley hitting 33 and Alex Wilson 48 not out in reply to Gilberdyke’s 99-4, which included Sam Watson’s 47 not out.

Heworth ‘A’ overcome Clifton Alliance by six wickets.

Alliance made 123-2 as Joe Kilvington struck 54 not out and Jamie Butt 30. In reply, 52 not out from Will Huffer and 39 from G O’Neil saw Heworth home at 124-4.

Josh Ainley hit 50 not out as Sheriff Hutton Bridge ‘B’ made 87-5 at Hemingbrough.

Oli Head then took 4-6 to keep the home team in check at 34-8.

Malton’s Ryan Wharton hit 51 not out and took 3-9 in a home win over Pocklington. Nick Lock hit 30.

York ‘B’ batted first at Yapham and Matty Roberts’ 34 not out helped them to 83-6. Will Cardy made 26 in Yapham’s winning score of 84-6.
