WILBERFOSS are guaranteed a top two finish in the City of York Girls’ Football League Under-15s League after a 6-0 win over Wetherby in their final home game of the season.
The hosts forged into a 5-0 half-time lead, with four of those coming from prolific striker Syd Greening, who also scored in the second half to take her tally to an impressive 29 in all competitions.
Midfielder Emma Nelson was the other Foss scorer, rifling in a superb shot from long range.
Player of the match was Ellie Parkin.
