THORPE United booked their Garforth Junior Football League Under-16s Higher Cup semi-finals place with a 3-1 win at Horsforth.
Thorpe dominated the game and should have racked up a stack of goals but for an inspired keeper.
In a rare foray, Horsforth took the lead with a shot deflected beyond keeper Alex Ward.
Thorpe hit back with an incisive move. James Arnold played in Szymon Czubik, who found his strike partner Corey Littlefield and he lobbed the keeper with a deft finish.
The second half saw more Thorpe dominance, with Littlefield hitting the crossbar.
Richard Buckthorpe found Littlefield in space and his shot was blocked, but fell for Ben Clowes and his pass was turned in by Littlefield.
Horsforth threw everything at Thorpe but could find no way beyond defender Dominik Stankiwicz.
Thorpe wrapped the game up when Buckthorpe played in Czubik to score.
