Tennis: Silverware is seized by New Earswick

New Earswick became the first trophy winners in the Fulford Ladies Invitation Tennis League after beating Dunnington convincingly in division six.
Lisa Debenham and Maz Broadbent led a victorious team winning 30 games.
Rufforth could seal the division five crown, if they beat Knaresborough in the next match, after beating David Lloyd 64-44 with another great all round team effort.
York beat Bishopthorpe 66-42 in division one led by 30 games won by Louise Lister and Wendy Stirke.
