INJURY-HIT Poppleton handed division one leaders Dunnington their third win on the trot in the Fulford Ladies Invitation Tennis League.
Belinda Turnbull and her daughter, Rebecca, had three good wins for Poppleton, but Popp were forced to concede 19 games through injury and Dunnington won 57-51.
Heworth’s Helen Larkin and Louise Haritakis won 7-5 9-3 9-3 against York 2, but their search for a victory goes on after they went down 58-50.
Knaresborough beat Tadcaster Nomads 59-49 to go two points clear at the top of division two, with Alex Sijpesteijn and Gayle Partridge winning 33 games.
Appleton Roebuck moved to the top of division three as they ended Rowntree Park’s 100 per cent record with a 56-52 win.
Emma Almgill and Judy Marriott sealed the win in the last round.
Wistow are two points behind the leaders after beating Bubwith 61-47, with Justine Vickers and Rachel Huggins winning 22 games.
Riccall enjoyed victories over Cawood and Tollerton in division four. Michelle Hall and Ann Walker won 24 games against Cawood, before Hall teamed up with Jenny Tongue to win 25 games in a 57-51 success at Tollerton.
Knaresborough top division five after a 60-48 win over Sheriff Hutton. Paddy McJanette and Carol Rees won 22 games.
Division six leaders Bishopthorpe thrashed Sutton-on-Derwent 97-11, with Georgina Mackenzie and Julia Sykes winning 10-2 12-0 11-1.
In division seven, Bubwith beat Wilberfoss 58-50.
