Hockey: Julie Moore scores as Nestlé beat Dunnington

JULIE MOORE was the match-winner as Nestlé beat Dunnington 1-0 in the Purple Mountain Ladies Hockey League.

Moore struck ten minutes into the match to settle Nestlé nerves.

A player of the match performance from Paula Ridge was the highlight of a superb defensive display from Nestlé.

Up front, the fowards kept the Dunnington ’keeper busy, including team player of the match Jackie Cockerham.

City of York ladies III lost 1-0 at Harrogate IV in Yorkshire League division three.
