SIMON DYSON saved his best for last as he shot up to a share of third place in the Alfred Dunhill Championship in South Africa.
The 35-year-old North Yorkshire golfer fired a five under par final round of 67 to finish on ten under par at Leopard Creek County Club in Malelane.
The York-born ace picked up shots at the par five second hole and par three fifth, before his only bogey of the day at the seventh.
The round really got going on the back nine with four birdies in his closing six holes to add a 67 to his earlier rounds of 72, 69 and 70.
Charl Schwartzel won the tournament on 17 under par, with Richard Finch second on 13 under.
