Bowls: Memorial drive plea

BOWLERS are invited to compete in the Ted Plant and Jeff Sykes Memorial Bowls Drive.

The competition, which heralds the start of the outdoor bowls season in York, will be held at Clarence Gardens on Friday, May 11, with a 6.15pm for 6.30pm start.

Free to enter, the competition is open to men and women and will take the form of a triples.
