Thirsk & Sowerby Harriers duo Hester Cox and Gavin Coventry at the recent Edale Skyline Fell Race
THIRSK & Sowerby Harriers duo Gavin Coventry and Hester Cox performed well in the rearranged Edale Skyline Fell Race.
Coventry Gavin finished 135th out of 270 in a time of four hours and 23 seconds.
Cox was 137th in 4:00-42 over the testing course, which started in Edale village and took a cirular route round the tops.
Meanwhile, Craig Lee was among the 319 entrants in the Bramham Park 10k, finishing a superb ninth in 40-59.
Ian and Marian Codling were at the Richmond Castle 10k, with Ian finishing 427th in 66-50 and Marian coming home 455th in 89-34.
