Dunnington maintained their 100 per cent record in the Yorkshire Squash League premier division with a 4-1 home win over Pontefract.
The York side’s 12th successive victory took their points total to 222 and they now hold a 33 point lead over Hallamshire, with Chapel Allerton in third.
Dunnington number one Chris Simpson, who last week retained his Talisman Energy Bankers Hall Club pro-am title in Canada, suffered a rare defeat.
Lawrence Delasaux, Andrew Birks, Richard Birks and Matt Stephenson all won their matches 3-0 for Dunnington.
