Wins for Steve Scott senior, Brian Baxter, Jonny Mitchell, Ian Baxter and a double from Glenn Mountain ensured victory.
A double for Steve Whitehead and a win for Dave Gracias gave Fulford their three points.
Dringhouses ‘A’ suffered their fourth defeat of the season and slipped a place after they perished 5-4 to Crystal Palace ‘A’.
There were win doubles from Lisa Macdonald of Dringhouses and Palace’s Matt Corr, before Martin Ackroyd secured victory for Palace in the deciding frame.
Mitre ‘A’ moved into second with a 7-2 win over Crystal Palace ‘B’ thanks to a seven-ball victory for Phil Bean and wins for Chris Leaf, Dave Catlow, Glen Day, Graham Carling and Jeff Hinds.
Palace ‘B’s two points came from Neil Methvin and a champagne seven-ball victory for Steve Oakland.
Bottom side Dick Turpin lost 7-2 at home to Dringhouses ‘B’.
Turpin won the opening frame through Craig Blackburn but lost the next three to Chris Storey, John Patrick and John Crowe.
Tony Walton made it 3-2 but Dringhouses then pulled clear.
