FOUR members of York Karate have been picked following National KUGB Squad Selections.
Lisa O’Grady was asked to attend the Welsh kumite squad after two years out since having a baby and was successful, as was husband Liam, who attended the England Senior Kumite Squad.
Ryan Stead and Fraser Grice attended the England Junior Kumite Squad and both fought well to be selected.
