TONI SMALLWOOD hit a 180 and two tons as Flag & Whistle beat Lord Nelson 4-3 to clinch the division one title in the York White Rose Ladies Darts League.

After losing the first game, Flag took the two pairs games through Debbie Benson and Chris Hedley (100), then Smallwood (180) and Tamara Ferguson.

Vikki Coy and Hilary Gelderd made it 3-2 to Nelson, but Benson levelled and Smallwood fired two tons to seal the four points.

The Ebor came back from 3-2 down to beat King William, with Christina Davison and Roz Kerr turning the game around.

Crescent ‘B’ were 5-2 winners at home to Lord Collingwood as they made sure of runners-up spot.

In division two, Janet Curry hit a 100 finish - treble 16, 12 and double top - to snatch a 4-3 win for New Earswick Bowls against Clarence.
