Re your article ‘Harry is the right man to lead nation says Mills’ (The Press, February 13).

Well, if Gary Mills is right then England will appoint, by his own admission, a man who is uneducated, disorganised, has the reading age of a two-year-old and requires his accountant to run his life. Not ideal qualifications for any job I would have thought.

If Harry Redknapp is confirmed as the next England manager it will say a great deal about the standard of intelligence and education of our English managers and may, go some way, to explain the dearth of such in the Premiership.
