After seeing reports of recent signings and re-signings in The Press, it looks like York City Knights are putting together a really good squad for the 2009 season.
It’s nice to see some continuity in the squad and not the wholesale changes which normally happen in the off season.
Retaining Paul and Dave March is a massive boost for us fans. You will struggle to find two better players in National League Two next season.
It would be nice for the Knights to get the support they deserve, and get back to being the best supported team in the division.
After a slow start, the style of rugby played this season is up there with the best we have had in our six years.
The team spirit is top class. I think a lot of this is down to Paul March, who goes out of his way to make the supporters part of everything that happens at the club.
