BABS Harrison and captain Di Moreland hit the tons as Priory were denied a full house by Nella Majsterek in York John Smith's Ladies Darts League division one clash against Ox 'A'.

Edinburgh had final pairing Amanda Bevan and Donna Lynes combining to snatch victory at Marcia whose captain Faye Hawksby was in top form.

Tramways were prevented from a clean sweep in the singles at Leeman ‘B’ whose captain Heather Bulmer stopped the rot. Maggie Bedingham/Julie Oliver doubled their points tally, Jayne Janes hit the tons for Tramways who took home a 7-2 win.

Burnholme's game against Fulfordgate went to the wire. Sarah Jackson, Caroline Whittaker, and Lynne Willstrop won for the home team but Fulfordgate replied through Cara, Muriel and Michelle Britton. Cara, the youngest of the Brittons, combined with Jill Reed to edge in front. Jackson and sister Jane Dobson levelled to set up a decider which saw Muriel Britton/Dawn Exton snatch match points.

In division two, Green Tree (who are now playing at the Shoulder of Mutton) gained their first win of the season. Sandra Flintoft joined captain Alison Buckley to seal victory at Saddle.

Karen Hodgson won the opening game for Clifton, however visitors Severus ‘B’ hit back hard - Angie Kaya, Dot Sellars, Jeanette Stewart, Michelle Kelly and Sue Gillon securing the win before Clifton won the remaining games - Cris and mother Alice Turgoose gaming in 25 darts.

Severus ‘A’ take over at the top of the division after a 6-3 win against visitors Clockhouse. The match was all square entering the pairs but Clock unwound as the club side cleaned up despite big scores from Lisa Benton.

Jody Hancock and Vicky Sellers gave visitor Nags Head the lead at Burton Stone whose Marianne Deamer, Sandra Pallister, Linda Embleton, Katrina Thackeray replied. Sellers/Sue Tate narrowed the margin however Thackeray/Sheila Harrison and Deamer/Embleton were successful for a 6-3 win.
