DUNNINGTON Bowling Club held a successful open mixed triples weekend over the Bank Holiday with 24 teams from around the area involved.
The competition was sponsored jointly by Co-op Funeralcare and David Wilson Homes.
Despite wet weather, all the matches were played, with the final seeing Jim Robertson, Trevor Johnson and skip Carol Instone, pictured, from the host club, beat Ann Peacock, Bob Elliott and Brian Gray, from Shipton.
