JOHN PARRY'S bid to climb up the European Tour's Race to Dubai standings moves to the Netherlands this week.

The Knaresborough-born golfer returns from a week's break in the KLM Open at Kennemer G&CC at Zandvoort.

Having not competed at the M2M Russian Open last week, following a tied-66th finish at the D+D Real Czech Masters, Parry now comes up against a field which includes eight-time Major winner, and golfing legend, Tom Watson, former Major winner Martin Kaymer and home favourite Joost Luiten.

Parry is 81st on the Race to Dubai list and tees off with fellow Englishman Simon Griffiths and Spain's Adrian Otegui in a tournament which pays 300,000 euros to the winner.

Malton & Norton GC ace Simon Dyson is a three-time winner of the event.
