JOHN PARRY will be hoping for a weekend stay in Switzerland.
The Harrogate golfer is back in European Tour action at the Omega European Masters at Crans-Sur-Sierre Golf Club.
A strong field, including Lee Westwood, Sergio Garcia and Danny Willett, are set to line up in the event, which offers 450,000 euros to the winner.
For Parry, who practices at Rudding Park GC, it is a chance to find some form following a week's break for The Open Championship. Since playing all four days and finishing tied-72nd at the US Open, at Chambers Bay in June, the 28-year-old has subsequently missed the cut at the BMW International, the Open de France and the Scottish Open.
He currently lies 87th in the Race to Dubai and 475th in the world rankings.
