HAMISH McArthur is the new British Junior Bouldering Champion.
The York climber, a pupil at Joseph Rowntree School, didn’t drop a point at the finals in Bristol and, in doing so, also tied up the BMC Bouldering Cup.
McArthur’s success follows his win in the Youth Climbing Series finals in Edinburgh earlier in the year and his sixth place showing in Austria at the Youth Colours Competition earlier this month.
