RACER Taylor Macvean has launched his own team.
The Osgodby teenager, along with father Robert, have put together RTM Racing after a successful 2014 campaign racing their Caterham Tiger.
Their latest car is a Van Dieman RS93 - a single seater race car with a 1.8 power unit - and the duo have already entered 12 events this year with a plan to take regular pole positions.
The next few weeks will see testing begin, before the first event of the new season in April at the Spring National Hillclimb at Harewood. Despite his young age, 17-year-old Macvean has produced one of the fastest times on that circuit, a 69.89 seconds, and is set to be a strong contender in his new machine.
