Leeds United hoping to end barren run of form at home

SKIPPER Robert Snodgrass is hoping Leeds United can end the barren run at home by signing off from Elland Road with two-confidence boosting victories.

United end the season against Leicester on home soil, but Peterborough visit tomorrow with Leeds seeking their first home win in almost two months.

Said the Scottish international winger: “At Elland Road you’re usually talking about winning games, but it hasn’t been that way this season.

“Hopefully we can put that right over the last two games against Leicester and Peterborough and give the fans something to shout about.

“But until that’s done we can’t put our finger on what hasn’t gone right.”

With the push for the play-offs effectively over, Leeds are playing for pride and places under Neil Warnock next season.
