SCATTERED Stars can make a winning start in the handicap sphere and spearhead a fruitful day for Godolphin at Kempton.

Charlie Appleby's runner lines up off an eminently workable mark of 79 in the ApolloBet Bet Through Your Mobile Handicap following a maiden success at Newbury last time.

Having finished second on her racecourse bow over 10 furlongs at Newbury early in August, this daughter of Dubawi returned to that track for a 12-furlong success at the end of the month.

That appeared a fair test on paper and Scattered Stars stayed on well after setting sail for home early, eventually running out a neck winner at the line.

Scattered Stars goes over a mile and a half again here and given her German pedigree as well as her action, the Polytrack surface could well suit better than the quicker ground she has encountered so far.

Godolphin are then represented in both divisions of the ApolloBet Racing Refunds/British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Fillies' Stakes with Dubai Dunes first to go.

Dubai Dunes hails from the family of Zahrat Dubai and should be noted as trainer Saeed bin Suroor's fortunes have taken a noticeable upturn in recent days after a tough spell in which his runners were suffering with ill health.

Lady Hester also sports the Godolphin blue in Division Two, but she hails from the yard of John Gosden.

A daughter of dual American Grade One winner Questing by Preakness winner Bernardini, she is bred to be something special and will surely take to this artificial surface with ease.

Away from the Godolphin team, Tripartite is the pick in the ApolloBet Premier League Cashback Handicap.

Trained by Jeremy Gask, this gelding was out of luck in three juvenile starts but wasted little time in getting off the mark when making a belated return to action at Doncaster in June.

He was subsequently edged out by Kitaaby by a length at Newbury, but that form is working out pretty well as the winner has scored again twice since that win and now boasts a rating of 90.

Tripartite himself could not oblige when sent off an evens favourite at Sandown on his most recent outing in July, finding the more-experienced Able Jack a touch too good, but he lost little in defeat that day and looked as though he could well progress again.

Given a break since that run, Tripartite returns here on a perch of 73 but he could well have improved a bit given those crucial summer months to recharge his batteries.

Peloton can make a break for glory in the Call Star Sports On 08000 521 321 Maiden Auction Stakes at Brighton.

Beaten two and a half lengths by a 1-20 favourite on her racecourse debut at Goodwood last month, Peloton showed a modicum of ability that may well be enough to lift the honours here.

Dubawi Hundred was well beaten at Chelmsford last month but is worth another shot in the FCL Global Forwarding Making Logistics Personal Maiden Stakes at Wolverhampton.

A half-brother to three wins, he shaped with a little promise when third on his debut but clearly must put his 15-length defeat last time well behind him to score here.
