CHRIS Wall, who produced 33-1 shot Katawi to win the Listed fillies' race at Ayr on Saturday, ridden by Malton jockey David Allan, can figure on the scoreboard at Wetherby's second-ever Flat meeting this evening.

The Newmarket trainer has targeted the Racing UK Day Pass Just £10 Handicap over five and a half furlongs for ELEUSIS, who will be partnered by Ted Durcan.

The four-year-old shaped like a certain future winner at Sandown last time out when finishing fourth to Royal Legend, beaten only two lengths, after not enjoying the clearest of runs.

Eleusis has had only two races this season and is open to plenty more improvement. This looks a good opportunity for her to shine and she is well drawn in stall three.

Ann Duffield, whose horses are in excellent form, brings RED CHARMER out quickly to contest the Book, Dine & View Hospitality Handicap.

The five-year-old, who has been running consistently well for some time, went down by only a neck at Ripon last week to Ribblehead after the pair finished well clear of the remainder of the field.

If able to reproduce that level of form this evening, Red Charmer should take plenty of beating in the hands of PJ McDonald.

North Yorkshire's Irvine Lynch is having his patience tested by his horse, DR IRV, who has found winning difficult this last 18 months. The gelding may be worth one more chance, however, in the Evans Halshaw Seat Handicap.

Far from disgraced when sixth at York on his latest start, Dr Irv drops down from class 3 to class 5 here and may be able to take advantage.

HARWOODS VOLANTE, who won by a whisker at the latest York meeting, bids to follow-up in the Racing UK Anywhere Available Now Handicap.

David O'Meara's charge beat Best Trip by a short head over six furlongs and now steps up to seven, a trip over which he previously ran well at Newcastle.

At Chepstow, NOBLEST bids to make it third-time-lucky for William Haggas in the Bathwick Tyres Bridgend Maiden Fillies' Stakes.

The three-year-old failed to defy favouritism on her latest start when third at Newmarket on her seasonal reappearance. She should be all the better for that outing and is marginally preferred to Carnachy, who showed ability on her debut.

LUCKY CLOVER makes appeal in the Bathwick Tyres Bristol Handicap.

Malcolm Saunders' ultra-consistent four-year-old won here on her penultimate start and has since failed by only half a length at Bath. She continues in grand form and should give Cathy Gannon a good ride.

Also worth noting are the consisent ORLANDO ROGUE (4-10) and Mark Johnston's SPIRIT OF WEDZA (4-45), who makes the long journey to Chepstow from Middleham.
